Katherine Abbott is a free-spirited folk singer/songwriter from Stratford-Upon-Avon, UK.

Her sound is influenced by the likes of Mazzy Star, Weyes Blood, Radiohead, Joni Mitchell and Electric Youth, with a unique style springing from folk influences and made her own.

She composes songs with guitar that display heartfelt lyrical content and haunting vocals, often described as ethereal. She finds joy in busking and travelling.

Matthew Lakey is a Coventry based singer songwriter who has written and forgotten more beautiful tunes than Morrissey has had veggie burgers.
Having been coaxed out of semi retirement Matt has been forced to relearn some of his favourite and most loved songs to play for you in Doug’s Bar this month.

Literate indie pop, Americana, folk and blues all feature in the distinctive output of Coventry singer-songwriter Wes Finch. Recent times have seen him develop a more electronic and digitally inspired brand of music under the name The Silver Wye. He also plays bass and sings in the group WLDFLWRS, who perform original material and have developed a show based on the music of a group called The Band and their The Last Waltz film and concert.
