🫶As a huge thank you to you for recycling your food and garden waste, we are giving away free compost on Thursday 28th May across two slots from 10am - 12pm and 5pm - 7pm at the following locations:
📍Pennyburn Recycling Centre, Derry
📍Strahan's Road Recycling Centre, Strabane
♻️The compost you will receive has been made locally from the food and garden waste collected from your brown bin, showing the full circular economy of your brown bin waste being used again.Your plants and vegetables will love it
ℹ️Please note:
➡️Limited to one bag per vehicle
➡️There are separate allocations for both time slots until each allocation is gone
➡️The compost available is in 40 litre bags ➡️Quantities are limited and will be given out on a first come first serve basis for one day only.

What a pleasure it was to host some planting classes with this group of keen enthusiastic ladies. Aimee rose to the occasion, putting all her taught skills into action and Dara stepped in when Aimee wasn't available, and enjoyed keeping the ladies in order 😊

What a busy week it has been for the garden centre, rain did not stop play 😁 We have had projects with Lincoln Court Youth & Community Association, St. Mary's Primary School Cloughcor, Newtownstewart Centre 2000, Mills District Carers and Leckpatrick Community Association. Our trainees enjoyed the community inclusion and showed great teamwork and enthusiasm to all. 💞🪴🌿
