We've been having a fantastic time now that our Over 50s Linedance classes with Anne and Shona are back, running every Monday at Kilwinning Community Sports Club 😁👯‍♀️

From 10:30am-12:30pm, Weekly 🗓🕑 These classes are a superb way to make friends, exercise and have some fun in a relaxed, easy going environment. 😲🫶 You don't need to be a dance icon to take part, but if you are come along anyway and show us what you've got 😆😂

Your Voice Matters is all about giving you a chance to tell us what you'd like to see us offer going forward, the issues facing people over 50 in North Ayrshire area and more. 😀 Got an idea for a class? or something you'd like us to offer? Come along and tell us all about it. Have your say! 😁

Fancy a good meal? 😀 The HOPE in the Community Over 50s Lunch Club is one of our most popular, weekly activities and offers a warm, welcoming environment where you can make some pals, get out the house and enjoy a nice wee lunch. 🥪😋

Running every Thursday, Lunch Club follows on from our popular morning Friendship Group and keeps the party going. 😲 It's the perfect way to start your afternoon and trust us, the food is out of this world. 😁

Ready to dance, move and feel great? 🥳🎶 Our fab new Zumba class with Pauline will be starting Tuesday 15th of September at Saltcoats Town Hall. ❤️🌟

Running from 2:30pm -3:30pm and costing juit £5 💷 this class is a fantastic opportunity to try something new, make new friends and have some fun. 😍💃🕺
