⭐️⭐️⭐️EXCITING THINGS HAPPENING AT THE VILLAGE HALL!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The AMAZING Haywoods Community Choir are doing a special performance in Friday 27th June 7:30 - 9:30 at the village hall to raise funds for the roof repairs

There will be raffle full of prizes kindly donated by local businesses, the beautiful music from the choir and of cause a chance to support your local village hall and meet your community!!

Tickets are flying so get them quick before they sell out!!

Bob is our Vice Chairman and has been on the committee since before it was built and was part of the team who helped raise it from the ground!

Before he retired Bob was a sales engineer and has lived in Little Haywood for nearly 40 years!

VILLAGE HALL INTRODUCTIONS!!!

Ever wondered who runs the village hall and is behind the telephone calls, messages or emails you’ve seen?

Let me introduce you to the wonderful team over the next few days 😍

First up is Colin Birchenough our chairman

Colin was part of the committee who got the village hall built and has been chairman for nearly 30 years 🤯

Colin is now retired but was a mechanical engineer for computer systems and has lived in Little Haywood since 1987 😍❤️❤️❤️

🌸 What is Menopause Yoga? 🌸

Menopause Yoga (MY) offers a holistic approach to support women navigating the stages of menopause. It combines yoga, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle tips tailored to manage menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, fatigue, and more. By creating a safe and inclusive space, MY allows women to connect with themselves and each other, building resilience, confidence, and a sense of community.

Menopause Yoga is not a replacement for HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) or any other treatments that you wish to use, nor can it rebalance hormones. Instead, it works to educate and empower you in this life stage, to allow you to embrace the menopause as an opportunity for self-knowledge, health & empowerment.

🌟I am hosting the first in a series of Tools for Menopause workshops in December. This one will be focusing on Anxiety & Overwhelm, which affect many women in menopause.

These workshops teach you practical tools that you can use to calm some of the most common symptoms of menopause - using breath, movement and meditation techniques. There will also be opportunity for connection with like-minded women in our women’s circle discussions and time for journalling and self-reflection.
