St Andrews Voluntary Service (SVS) Want to volunteer in the local community, meet new people and gain valuable experience? Get involved!

Break out of the bubble and engage with the local community! SVS offers members of the university the chance to get involved in a wide-range of volunteering opportunities across Fife and the Dundee area. With many individual projects, ranging from youth, to animals, and to the environment, there is a project to suit everyone’s passion. Volunteering from once a week to once a semester, we have a pr

oject for you. If you have an interest not currently offered by SVS, we are happy to work with you in developing new volunteering opportunities. By being a part of SVS, you shall get to know a diverse community of both St Andrews students and members of the local town itself, develop those key transferrable skills, and once you reach a certain number of volunteering hours, have your volunteering work recognised by the university on your transcript. Pop along and say hi at our events and see how you can get involved, and make a difference to the wider St Andrews community. Email: [email protected]
