Recently, our Social Value Manager, Magdalena, and Operations Manager, Gavin, spent the day volunteering at Grangewaters Outdoor Education Centre, getting stuck in with a spot of painting🎨

Owned by Thurrock Council, Grangewaters works with local schools, young people and community groups, providing outdoor learning, residential visits and adventure activities that help build confidence, teamwork, resilience and valuable life skills, while encouraging a connection with and care for the natural environment 🌱

🌱 Fresh new planting bed ready for the autumn Wigglers 🌱

With summer coming to a close we have added some new Wiggly Bugs sessions for the autumn term!

Is your little one between 18 months and 5 years old and is fascinated by nature? Our nature based toddler group will be perfect for them. Bring them down to our Wiggly Bugs sessions and get them exploring! 🐞

Running once a week from 10am to 11am from Friday 11th September through to Friday 23rd October 🎃

Get splashing, digging and planting! Little bugs only £6 per session and their big bugs come free

Grangewaters is looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Education Instructor to join our team, delivering paddlesports, climbing, high ropes, archery, team-building sessions, and many more, to schools, youth groups, and individuals in a beautiful outdoor setting.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the outdoors, confident working with young people, and committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and inspiring experiences.

Minimum requirements, one of:

🔹 Paddlesport Instructor qualification
🔹 Archery GB Instructor qualification
🔹 RYA Dinghy Instructor qualification
🔹 Climbing Wall Instructor qualification
🔹 Valid First Aid certificate and enhanced DBS check
