CaPa Participation Group

CaPa Participation Group This page will advise you of meetings that you can attend, people that you can talk to and how to get involved!

CaPa is a parent led voluntary group enabling families with children/young people with additional needs to have a voice in Thurrock and influence services they use through working in co-production with education, social care and health professionals. CaPa stands for carer/parent and we welcome all carers and parents of children and young people birth to 25 years with disabilities and/or additional

needs in Thurrock, to join our group and have their say on important issues that affect them. We enable parent carers to work with Thurrock Council and other professional bodies such as social care and health to shape and influence the decisions that are made about the services we use. CaPa want to keep you informed about changes and important issues that affect you as carers and parents of children and young people with disabilities and additional needs in Thurrock.
