Friday 12th June saw one of our members, Tom Donovan hold his Golf Charity Day at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre in aid of Parkinson’s UK & Sport Parkinson’s.

I am thrilled to say, having just checked his GoFundMe page, that he has surpassed his fundraising goal of £1000 🎉

The Parkinson's community and in particular its golfing members, are all beneficiaries of Charlie's tireless enthusiasm and ceaseless efforts in promoting the benefits of participating in sport for anyone suffering with Parkinson's.

We’re delighted to share some brilliant news. The Parkinson’s Golf Society now has an official home course at Hagley Golf Club.

Hagley have welcomed us with open arms, offering a supportive, accessible space where our golfers can play, connect, and grow the society even further.

This partnership means:
• a consistent base for our meet-ups
• a friendly club community behind us
• more opportunities for members to get involved

Thank you to everyone who has helped us reach this milestone. Here’s to the next chapter at Hagley.
