Don't forget to return your children's forms via email, or bring them with them to sign in. very limited printed versions available on the day.

PLEASE REMEMBER - we are not providing young people with a pack lunch this year, we are only providing a snack pack. Ensure young people have their own pack lunch or money for the café at conkers.

WEATHER - it is looking like we may have rain for the run, Conkers is mainly outside so please ensure young people have weather appropriate clothes and shoes. If your young person enjoys getting wet we advise packing a spare pair of clothes!

Arrival after 4pm only! Someone will meet you to check in and guide you to correct camping area.

Fires - They are allowed but please keep them OFF the ground and clean up afterwards!
