We will be hosting our monthly Games & Chat social group tomorrow, Wednesday 28th October.

We are a small group who meet every every 4th Wednesday of the month. Theres an opportunity to play a friendly game of skittles, play board games or you can just enjoy a cuppa and some company.

No need to book in advance and new members are always welcome 💛

Join our Live Well With Pain Café, a friendly peer support group where you can meet others, share experiences and learn practical self-management skills to help you better understand and manage your pain.

📍 Location: Mind in Somerset, 57c High Street, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5AQ
🗓 When: Every first Tuesday of the month
⏰ Time: 10:30am – 12 noon

This is a safe, welcoming space to connect, learn and support each other. You are very welcome to attend.

‼️ We've had 3 spaces become available at our next Live Well with Pain Programme that starts on 15th October for 6 weeks ‼️

Living with long-term pain can be challenging, but you don't have to face it alone.

Our Live Well with Pain Group offers practical tools and strategies to help you manage pain and improve your quality of life. Trained members of our Health Connections Team lead the sessions and provide a supportive space for you to connect with others who understand what you're going through.

⭐⭐ The Shepton Mallet Beginner Health Walk will now take place EVERY week on TUESDAY Mornings⭐⭐

The Somerset Health Walks are FREE wellbeing walks that bring people together to get active. There are a range of walks in Mendip with different levels available from beginner to advanced
📅 Tuesdays
⏰10 am for a 10.15 am start
📍 Meet at the Cafe area at Collet Park, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BP
☕Some members of the group meet after the walk for a cuppa and a chat at the Brasserie (Haskins Complex, High St, Shepton Mallet)
