Join the Live Well With Pain Café, a friendly peer support group where you can meet others, share experiences and learn practical self-management skills to help you better understand and manage your pain.

📍 Location: Mind in Somerset, 57c High Street, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5AQ
🗓 When: Every first Tuesday of the month
⏰ Time: 10:30am – 12 noon

This is a safe, welcoming space to connect, learn and support each other. You are very welcome to attend.

We are a small group who meet every every 4th Wednesday of the month. Theres an opportunity to play a friendly game of skittles, play board games or you can just enjoy a cuppa and some company.

Health Connector, Caroline will be leading the Beginner Health Walk in Shepton Mallet TOMORROW, Tuesday 28th April.

The Somerset Health Walks are FREE wellbeing walks that bring people together to get active. There are a range of walks in Mendip with different levels available from beginner to advanced.

📅 Tuesday 28th April ( Every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month)
⏰10 am for a 10.15 am start
📍 Meet at the Cafe area at Collet Park, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BP
☕Some members of the group meet after the walk for a cuppa and a chat at the Brasserie (Haskins Complex, High St, Shepton Mallet)

Do you live with a long-term pain condition that affects everything you do? Your sleep? Your mood? Your work? Your ability to get around and manage daily tasks? Your level of fitness?

If so, you are welcome to join the 'NEW' Live Well with Pain cafe peer support group, facilitated by Sue Crisfield and supported by Health Connections Mendip.

Its an opportunity to meet with others living with pain and see how we can positively support each other, learn new skills, practice self-management and regain a sense of wellbeing.
