Meet Zoe - (Perinatal Mental Health Specialist)

Zoe has a British bulldog called Skye and a cat called Dice who apparently hate each other. She is also the proud owner of 2 teenagers who she says also dislike each other very much 🤣
Zoe is a keen gym goer and is training for a HYROX 💪🏻

“I love supporting parents through tricky times and seeing them come out the other side. Getting to cuddle brand new babies is a bonus”
*All babies are returned to their rightful owners*

🤫 Zoe can back squat 100kg! And listens to gangster music whilst on the school run
*All colleagues are too scared to challenge her music taste😂

Meet Jennie - the new kid on the block (Mental Health Family Support)

Jennie is a Mum to 2 girls and has a cat called Evie.
She enjoys running, fitness and having coffee with friends in her spare time.

“I love my job because I enjoy meeting new people, the variety, making a difference and seeing people increase in their own self confidence and resilience”

🤫 Jennie can be found singing loudly to Celine dion in her car on the way to a visit.
*As a service we are looking into ear defenders for N.Lincs residents 😂

Meet Emma (Family Support Coordinator) :

Emma is mum to 2 boys, 3 stepchildren and a golden doodle called Bella.

Her hobbies are going for walks and socialising with friends.
She also enjoys winding everyone up in the office, something she has become quite the pro at 🙈

“Job satisfaction, that’s what I love. Knowing I get to guide and see my families grow from strength to strength, face adversities and turn them into power 💥 it’s a feeling not many get from work. I dislike 0.01% ……. the alarm in the morning”
*Emma has raised this concern, we’ve offered her a bedtime routine plan and told her to get to bed earlier 🙈*

🤫 Emma calls everything she doesn’t like 🥣Mushroom Soup🥣
‼️She also still uses her satnav around Scunthorpe despite living here all her life - so don’t listen to her directions‼️

Meet Adelle (Family Support Coordinator) :

Adelle is a mum of 3 children. Her hobbies are walking her dogs and looking after her horses. She also enjoys going to the gym and lifting heavy things - the team are waiting for her to come in one day and start lifting them above her head whilst the kettle boils 🤣

“I enjoy lots of elements of my job I love working with families and helping them achieve their goals. I also love an opportunity to squish a baby”
*All babies are safe, she doesn’t literally squish them*

🤫 Adelle listens to Micheal Bolton as one of her guilty pleasures. We have offered her support around this 😂🤣

Meet Lynne the manager of FSF. Lynne enjoys walking her dog Bear, who can be seen below and getting her nose into a good book.
After working in a bank for over 20 years she wanted a more rewarding and meaningful career.

🤫 Lynne worked for the England Football Manager, sadly we do not get to eat dinner with the team as a perk!

She also once stayed at a hotel and accidentally attended a wedding and stayed over two hours drinking champagne and eating canapés.. she then sneaked out before the main reception meal (We do not advocate this 🤣)

02/05/2026

starts today.

As family support coordinators and volunteers we get to know the families we work with very well. But who are we?

Feel free to ask any Q’s and we will try and get the answers to you 😏

Keep your eyes peeled 👀
