APPRECIATION POST 💙⚽️

A weekend full of fundraising for Brain Tumour Research at The annual Lewis & Ethan Tournament.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone from Sandhurst Football Club and the sandhurst community for your continued support .

We raised over £800 and still counting as more funds to collect.

So wonderful that Lewis and Ethan still get remembered and honoured in their passion of football ⚽️

⚽️ NEXT WEEKEND ⚽️

Proud and grateful to be part of the 3rd 'Ethan and Lewis' Sandhurst football club memorial tournament on the 29th and 30th of August 2026 at Sandhurst memorial park, Sandhurst Town

This is our 3rd event where hundreds of children play across two days.

Please come down and see us where we have a stall selling home made cakes, drinks and sweet cones and providing drinks refreshments

We also have a Tombola and Tipsy Tombola for the adults, raising money for Brain Tumour Research

Thank you to Sandhurst football club and our community for continuing to remember our brave and beautiful boy 💙 and help us raise vital funds for this devastating disease

Hopefully the sun will shine and we will see you there

⚽️ ⚽️ Tombola donations please

As many of you may know, Sandhurst FC have helped support our charity for many years and this years tournament at the end of August will be the 3rd in Ethan’s honour. As always we will have a stall down at the park, selling sweets, drinks and homemade cakes. We will also have a Tombola and if anyone is having a bit of a clear out over the summer and has anything suitable for a Tombola eg toiletries, toys, games, candles we would be extremely grateful for any donations . We will also be holding a bottle raffle for the adults so again any donations gratefully received.

⚽️⚽️💙 Please also look out for next years Celebrity football match. We have had a year off this year but plans are in motion already for Ethan’s next Celebrity match on SUNDAY 31st JANUARY 2027 subject to council approval. It’s always a great afternoon and not one to miss so please save the date.⚽️⚽️💙

Im sure Ethan is looking down on his mum with so much love and pride for everything she has achieved in her fundraising!

The next one is the end of August and we are currently looking for small Tombola prizes if anyone can help.

We are incredibly proud this week to learn that after reaching a milestone amount of £101,169.64 in our fundraising efforts that Ethan will be awarded a special plaque in The Brain tumour research laboratory at the ICR Sutton 💙 where our fundraising efforts is going towards research in Peadiatric Glioblastoma

We as a family would love to to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported, donated, given their time and helped us achieve this amazing amount for Brain Tumour research

We could never have achieved it without your incredible support and we Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts.

It means so much to us to be able to honour Ethan this way, in sharing his name and story and the bravery he showed and in doing as he wished by helping others in finding a cure and more kinder treatment options for this devastating disease.

Ethans 'Papa James ' worked for John Laing Construction for many years and they still look after the family now.
They recently featured us in their News magazine and told how as a family we raise money for and how they donate every year to help boost our funds in Memory of Ethan and James Treharne. 💙

With over half the tickets sold already this Event on is looking to be a very special night💜💫 Hosted by Sarah and Kevin who are 2 very established Mediums 💜

A fundraising event for
In Memory of my Nephew Ethan who I lost at 17yrs old to GBM. 💙

There will be a raffle on the night at just £1 a ticket with a chance to win a personal reading from one of the mediums and some other lovely prizes too. (The raffle will be cash only)
