📣 FREE SHOWCASE EVENT 📣

Join us on Sunday 1 November for a fantastic afternoon, showcasing our Brasshoppers group, part of Sandhurst Silver Band. 🎶

The group, conducted by Jonathan Heeley, is going from strength to strength, so come along to this FREE showcase event to hear how the group is progressing. From Disney hits, to movie blockbusters, to the Beatles - we’ve got something to get everyone’s toes tapping. 🦁 🦖 🥊

❓Are you a previous player? Come along and have a chat to us about getting back into playing again. We’ve got players who hadn’t played for decades, taking it up again, alongside those who play other instruments, but wanted to give brass a go.

🎵 Or are you a new player, just starting out and keen to find a group to help motivate and build your experience? Come along to find out more.

From school age to the retired, everyone is welcome at Sandhurst Brasshoppers. Instruments available. 🎺

If you can’t make the showcase, but keen to have a chat, just drop us an email: [email protected]

This evenings Brasshoppers rehearsal saw a visit from the lovely Mahler the cat. Who conducted a thorough examination of the players and their instruments and vocalised his musical advice to the musical director. Mahler approves of Brasshoppers Christmas Concert preparations for our joint event with Sandhurst Community Band on Sunday 14th December held at St George’s Church Owlsmoor at 3pm. Put the date in your diary. A fun and festive afternoon guaranteed.

Epic multi tasking tonight by MD Jonathan, conducting, whilst single-handedly playing the bongos!
