Walkden Gardens

Walkden Gardens Walkden Gardens are situated at the junction of Derbyshire Road and Marsland Rd in Sale, in the Boro Postcode M33 3EL.

Walkden Gardens are owned by Trafford Council and are open free of charge to the public. The Friends of Walkden Gardens work with Trafford Council to maintain and improve the Gardens. The Gardens are at the junction of Marsland Road and Derbyshire Rd, with the entrance via the car park on Derbyshire Road. Public transport: the 281 buses from Altrincham stop near the Gardens. Alternatively, it is about a 15 minute (0.7 mile) walk from Brooklands Metro Station to the Gardens.

Huge thanks to The Duke's Theatre Company for a brilliant matinee performance of Romeo and Juliet this afternoon. The weather was perfect for outdoor theatre and it was great to see so many people there. Many thanks if you came along and supported the event.
