To recognise the outstanding support shown by members of our team, we have identified carers who have gone above and beyond in helping us maintain continuity of care during periods of sickness absence & annual leave.

These awards recognise carers who have consistently provided exceptional additional support to the service, including covering shifts at short notice, demonstrating flexibility, and helping the team when extra support has been needed.

Their commitment has played an important role in helping us meet our responsibilities to the people we support. Delivering excellent care is a team effort, and we appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and commitment shown across our workforce.

WE WON 🎉🏆🥳
Last night we WON GOLD for Best Impact Award BestSMEAwards!!
We also Won Silver for Best Employer & Best Outstanding Business 👏
Our Registered Manager & Director Alec was also awarded Special Recoginition Award 👏

Winning Best Impact Award was so special as we had all our amazing volunteers attend with us who help us each day achieve the impact we do in our Community ♥️🥰

Last year alone we delivered:
• 3,120 hot meals to vulnerable members of our community
• 41,600 hours of community support
• 936 free lifts for elderly and disabled individuals
• 4,888 hours of free community transport
• 4,260 attendees at our free community events and clubs

Behind every number is a person, a family, and a story of renewed dignity, connection, and hope - Thank you to all who support us 🥰♥️
