Our Vice-Chairman and Trustee of the Federation Skills Trust, Karl Carter had the pleasure of awarding Joe Frankum of Classic Autos, Kings Langley the award for Apprentice of the Year at last night’s Octane magazine Historic Motoring Awards held at the Dorchester, London. Well done Joe!!
