⭐️Grants Towards Hospital Travelling & Patient Aid⭐️
Colton Parish Lands Trust is able to consider applications from residents of the Colton Parish, for small grants towards transport costs for outpatients undergoing planned, regular course of treatment or for next of kin visiting in-patients with a prolonged stay in hospital.
(Criteria may apply to eligibility)
