🚨 BREAKING: The government just APPROVED new drilling at the Jackdaw gas field in the North Sea, part-owned by fossil fuel giant SHELL.

The new gas field will create only 27 new jobs and do NOTHING to lower our bills.

This is a major mistake from the government, but they still have the opportunity to listen to the science and back the transition to clean energy.

As we speak they are deciding whether to approve Rosebank, the UK's biggest undeveloped oil field. We urgently need to put pressure on the government to BLOCK Rosebank.

Please take 60 seconds minutes to email the government asking them to do the RIGHT THING 👉 https://act.gp/4ixHIVe

Volunteers from Preston Greenpeace joined other environmental groups at Zero Hour stunt in Manchester to deliver one message: Andy Burnham, it's time to Secure Our Future.

After a summer of wildfires, drought and deadly heat, the climate and nature crisis is here and now.

As the prime minister heads to the Labour Party Conference, we're calling on him to pass the Nature + National Security Bill in this Parliament and deliver the UK's climate and nature commitments.

That means no new oil and gas licences.

Energy independence doesn't come out of a North Sea oil field. It comes off our own roofs, coasts and wind farms

Every new fossil fuel project locks in more heat, more fires, more unaffordable winters

Ban new licences. Rosebank
