Ireland’s first communal housing development:

Bulk buying toilet paper is one of the more day to day potential benefits of the first truly communal housing developments on the island of Ireland, one of the team behind the project has revealed.

The developers of the cohousing project near Portaferry, Co Down, hope to break ground on the 32 home community this summer after planning permission was granted last year.
