🏡 PORTAFERRY COHOUSING – WE’RE GETTING READY TO BUILD!

After years of planning, designing and working together, Portaferry Cohousing is moving into the next exciting stage of the project.

We’re creating 32 energy-efficient homes and a shared Common House on the edge of Portaferry – a resident-led community designed around sustainability, shared spaces and living well together.

Our Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) has now been issued as we begin the process of selecting experienced contractors to tender for the main construction works, with work anticipated to begin in 2027.

We’re looking for contractors who share our commitment to quality, sustainability and collaborative working.

And if you’ve been thinking about becoming part of Portaferry Cohousing, there are still opportunities to find out more and get involved.

🎬 Take a look at our short video to see what we’re creating.
