Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Portadown

Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Portadown We are the Portadown branch of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC)

Our aim is to raise awareness of the occupation of Palestine, and of the human rights abuses suffered by her people . We will be fundraising within our community to support projects in the West Bank and Gaza. We will be supporting the BDS campaign and encouraging shops and businesses in our area to come on board and help make our community an apartheid free zone. The IPSC is independent of any political parties or institutions in both Ireland and in Palestine.

🩸🇮🇱🩸Genocide Watch Portadown🩸🇮🇱🩸

The Drumnagoon/Drumford Meadows area of the town has been plastered with Israeli flags, the flag of Genocide.

A regime that has committed the most heinous of war crimes, killed over 80,000 men, women, children, bombed hospitals, universities and continues to use starvation as a weapon of war. A rogue Genocidal ZioNazi state.

This is one on the most diverse areas of the town where families of all creeds and religions, families from many different backgrounds and nationalities have made their home. These monstrosities are not welcome here nor anywhere.

There is power in community!
Stand against Genocide!
Speak up!
Silence is complicity!

Many of us completed last week's 25 mile march from Lurgan to Newry.
Please dig deep folks to help those suffering most from Israels genocide in Gaza.

On Saturday 6 June, people from IPSC Lurgan and other collaborating groups took part in the Great March for Gaza & International Justice, walking 25 miles, the length of the Gaza Strip, in solidarity with the people of Gaza and to raise vital funds for those enduring the unimaginable.

Since then, many of us have watched the videos from Scarva. Thousands have commented. Thousands have shared. Thousands have expressed disgust at the sectarianism and bigotry on display.

But outrage alone changes nothing.

If you were angered by what you saw, if you took the time to comment, repost, condemn and call for better, then today is the moment to turn those words into action.

Because while we debate and scroll, the people of Gaza are still burying their loved ones. Parents are still trying to comfort terrified children with no safety to offer them. Families are still facing hunger, displacement and devastation on a scale most of us cannot begin to comprehend.

The suffering has not stopped because the headlines moved on.

Imagine if every person who liked those videos, every person who shared their outrage, gave even £1. We would be talking about well over £1 million raised for Gaza.

One pound may not seem like much. But collective action has always been our greatest strength.

Please, if you can, donate to the ‘Great March for Gaza & International Justice’ fundraiser today. Give what you are able. Share the fundraiser. Encourage others to do the same.

Don’t let compassion end at a comment section.

Let our response to hatred be solidarity. Let our outrage become action. Let the people of Gaza know they have not been forgotten.

Have a listen from 30.00 mins in as further light is shone on the disgusting and thuggish actions of the pro-Israel Genocide pack that gathered at Scarva on Saturday.

It gets worse....Journalists ordered to leave the area by masked men under threat that they would be shot.....Racist, sectarian and misogynistic abuse, so bad that it could not be played on the airwaves, hurled at peaceful marchers.

Have a Listen & Please Share Widely.
