We’re excited to host Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu at MYCOS this Thursday, 3rd September — open to Primary 4 all the way to Adults, completely free, and right here in Port Ellen!

🥋 Session Times
• P4 – P7: 5.30pm – 6.15pm
• Teens (all secondary): 6.20pm – 7.15pm
• Adults: 7.30pm – 9pm

📍 Location: MYCOS Building, Port Ellen
