💙 Volunteers' Week 2026 💙
This Volunteers' Week, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of the volunteers who give their time to support 1st Islay Boys' Brigade.
Our leaders freely give up their evenings, weekends, and holidays to provide fun, friendship, adventure, and opportunities for young people in our community. From planning activities and camps to organising fundraising events, award nights, and everything in between, their commitment makes a real difference.
As a volunteer-led organisation, none of what we do would be possible without the dedication, patience, enthusiasm, and care shown by our volunteer team.
We would also like to thank the parents, supporters, and members of our community who help us throughout the year. Your encouragement and support are greatly appreciated.
Volunteering isn't always seen, but its impact is felt every week by the young people who attend.
Thank you for helping us make 1st Islay Boys' Brigade a place where boys can learn, grow, have fun, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
