Over the summer there has been some changes to our Champions. We have said a fond farewell to Nadine and Brodie. Both were amazing champions in their areas for the first year of the PL5 Pathways project and were able to support some wonderful local residents.
Both have been replaced by new Champions who have already settled into their roles and areas. Here is an intro to them both.

Kira our Ernesettle Champion please follow her page which is PL5 Pathways Champion - Ernesettle

Fiona our West Park and Honicknowle Champion please follow her page which is PL5 Pathways - West Park and Honicknowle

They will be keeping you up to date with all the events from us and in their local areas.
