Thanks to the wonderful Devon Community Foundation we are launching our free Curious Horizons Mental Welbeing course for neurodivergent young adults aged 18 to 25 years. who may be struggling with their mental health, feeling isolated or finding it difficult to connect with others.

This 6 week friendly ,supportive and relaxed course will run at the Ockment Centre in Okehampton on Monday evenings from 6-7 pm. Limited spaces available so please do register your interest with us. There's an informal drop in . meet us and find out more about the sessions on Monday 28th September .

These sessions use creativity, drawing and talking to provide a safe space to meet other neurodivergent people, build friendships and feel part of a community. There’s no pressure to be sociable, artistic or to talk about anything you don’t want to. You can take things at your own pace. curated by Rose and Jane who both have lived experience .
