Livestock are not the problem, people are!
Livestock are Not building houses or solar in the countryside, or destroying food producing farmland,
Livestock are Not importing vast amounts of food from other countries to feed themselves, because the government does not support UK food production,
Before people say all land is suitable for crop production, I suggest they buy some of that poor grassland and then try to grow a crop on it , for a few years, naturally, then come back and see they still think the way, science is only theory , Not Fact

if you want to see UK food production protected, help us protect the farms, fields, soil that grows it

This map shows where most of our sheep live in the UK, the problem being it fails to show that the terrain, hills, mountains, wetlands, bogs, make it near impossible to keep anything else or farm in a different way

UK food production reaches its lowest ever level as imports continue to increase, with up to 70% of the food we eat now being imported from other countries, while our government supports the removal of more farmland for other uses, such as solar and wind power, housing, tree planting, re wilding, wild flower meadows
There is NO food security in the UK and there will not be unless farmland is protected for food production
