Another good meeting tonight for the LBF ❤️💙

Lovely to see some new faces coming through the door and some old faces coming back! 😊 It’s a pleasure getting to know everybody better each week, sharing stories, having a laugh, and being there for each other through the ups and downs.

Our new poster with Lee and Roy on it means a lot to us, and we’ll continue doing what we do in their names. ❤️🕊️

Big thanks to everybody who comes along and makes these meetings what they are. One big family, supporting each other, one week at a time.

Lovely to see more new faces coming through the door every week, but we did miss some of our regulars tonight! Hope you’re all doing alright. You’re always missed and always welcome. ❤️

We keep showing up for each other, sharing a laugh, talking about the ups and downs, and reminding each other that nobody has to face things alone.

🥾💙 LBF’s FIRST WALK! 💙🥾

What a great day for our first LBF walk! 👏 Massive thank you to everyone who came along and showed support. It’s all about getting out, having a laugh, having a chat and helping each other along the way.

It’s not just about walking, it’s about bringing people together, looking after our mental health and reminding everyone that nobody has to do things alone. 💙

Here’s to many more walks together! One step at a time, brick by brick, we’re building something special.

💙 LEE BLACK FOUNDATION – TOGETHER STRONG 💙

Just a reminder to everyone that our mental health and addiction support meetings are on every Thursday, 5:00pm till 6:30pm at St Cuthbert’s Church, Peterlee.

Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re struggling, need someone to talk to, or just want to get out, meet people and have a laugh, come along. There’s no judgement, just real people supporting each other through the ups and downs of life. 💙

You don’t have to face things on your own. Sometimes just turning up and having a chat can make all the difference.

Let’s keep supporting each other, keep breaking down barriers and keep building a stronger community together.
