Due to the extreme winds we have decided to cancel the event this morning !!!

We don’t feel it is safe for the children, parents and the marshals.

Have a great half term week and we will see you all for a spooktastic event next weekend 💀👻🎃

Some photos from today - sorry if anyone was missed from this week's photos, we didn't have a volunteer for 'photographer' this week so we just snapped what we could at the finish line 😁📷

We all had a lovely morning with our runners today despite the chilly start 🏃🏻‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

31 runners, including 2 first timers and an amazing 11 PB's 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Well done to all of you who came along, whether you were running, volunteering or spectating in our lovely park.

We hope to see you all back again next week - on that note, it's never to early to get your name on the volunteer roster 😜🦺

Still need a volunteer or 2 if anyone wants to save the day for our event tomorrow 🙏🏻🦺😁

Anyone looking for ways to improve their weekend plans? Why not volunteer at Junior Parkrun on Sunday morning 🦺

Super easy and takes up less than an hour of your time. So if you can meet at the bandstand at 8.45am on Sunday, let us know and we can add you to our roster!!! We're in need of a few hi vis heroes to make sure our event can go ahead safely 😁🤞🏻
