Onecote Village Hall Trust – Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Village Hall - Wednesday 14th January, 19:00h

All Onecote residents are invited to attend the AGM and light refreshments will be served. We are all very lucky to have such a wonderful village hall and the trustees would welcome new support and ideas to help maintain the standard of these facilities and the events that are provided.

What is the purpose of the AGM?
• To allow the residents to hear reports from the Committee on the achievements and work of the group over the year.
• To elect the Committee for the next year.
• To make any changes to the constitution.
