A great afternoon listening to the band in the park and raising much needed funds for local causes. Many thanks to all the generous people of Oakham for supporting us.

Our Rutland club donated £1000 to the Loros Hospice for a refurbished garden in conjunction with Uppingham RC and a District grant. Loros invited us back to see the completed project to provide a quiet space for the residents. A wonderfully dedicated and caring organisation.

President Michael hosted a great summer social for the Rutland Club and friends. A wonderful evening of comradery and chat.

President Keith hands over to Michael Ozga at the end of his Rotary year. Good luck to President Michael for all the events he has planned for 2006/27

Another fantastic Kids Fun Day at Wickstead Park organised by Rotary for special needs children and their carers. Our club also extended this to young carers for all the support they give to their families. Over 50 people were provided with a tasty lunch!

Everybody had a good time at the Rutland Show entertaining the visitors and raising money for good causes.
