If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and generally stressed out, this workshop offers you a container to decompress, unwind, and regulate.
Because our fast-paced world prioritises urgency and productivity, we learn to ignore warning signals from our bodies that it’s time to slow down and rest. As a result, we become detached from our bodies' physiological cues—sometimes, we don’t even realise that we feel stressed!! Yoga offers you a space to tune into your body's language and listen to what it needs.
Join Kat for this nurturing & informative workshop that offers you a bottom-up approach to managing stress. By working with the body, we can start to change the way that we feel on a day-to-day basis. Kat will blend somatic & nervous system practices for regulation, guide you through gentle, rhythmic movement, and offer soothing breathwork & guided relaxation. Expect some psycho-education on the physiology of stress to empower yourself with the tools and knowledge you need to build more resilience to the stresses of modern life.
