Today we had a visit from Baroness Ruth Anderson. Baroness Anderson is the NIO Lords Spokesperson and Secretary in the Cabinet Office. More importantly for us, Ruth has a genuine interest in N. Ireland and understands the Community sector having worked in it herself.
A very interesting afternoon and a big thanks to the NIO staff for the visit and for Ruth for listening to us.
