A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Primary Care MSK and Mental Health event last week ๐Ÿ’™

We were lucky to be joined by fantastic guest speakers, including Charlotte Wood Pilates, who highlighted the importance of caring for our bodies and led an engaging interactive Pilates session. Susanne Nichol from the TUC shared valuable insights into womenโ€™s health in the workplace, while Corporate Personal Fitness discussed common workโ€‘related MSK conditions and treated attendees to free massages. We also heard from Gayle Goldsmith at Pioneering Care Partnership, who spoke about the hydrotherapy pool at the Pioneering Care Centre and the wellbeing benefits of hydrotherapy.

Thank you to all who attended and contributed to such an inspiring day.

Cornforth Partnership recently shared this fantastic feedback about how the award has benefitted them. ๐Ÿ’™

"The overall vibe and atmosphere in and around the building has improved significantly but most importantly the amount of daily conversations around healthy eating and diet and nutritional advice is superb to see.

"Every lunchtime I see staff talking to each other about what they are eating and discussing their food options as well as their food plans for the rest of the day.โ€

Cornforth Partnership were recently awarded their Silver award, and have continued to make great progress in prioritising the health and wellbeing of their staff.
