“Best Place Ever!!”
“TOTALLY AMAZING!! SO MANY SMILES”

We couldn't ask for much better feedback than that.

It was wonderful to bring NuroCove to UK Pride 2026 in Newport, hosted by Pride in the Port - Newport, South Wales.

A huge thank you to Hedyn, who sponsored the NuroCove as part of their support for accessibility at Pride, and to The Riverfront Theatre for kindly providing the space that became our home for the day.

For some people, having somewhere to step away from the crowds, rest and regulate can be what makes it possible to stay and enjoy an event.

And we're very happy that, for at least one person, it was the “Best Place Ever!!”

Alt text:
Collage of photos from the NuroCove at UK Pride 2026 in Newport. The sensory-considerate space has soft grey lounge chairs, rugs, cushions, plants and glowing blue, green, pink and purple lighting. Large pebble-shaped sensory lights glow on the floor, and a small dark pop-up tent contains cushions and soft toys for a more enclosed resting space. Two handwritten feedback notes are pictured. One reads, “Best Place Ever!!” with a heart, and the other reads, “TOTALLY AMAZING!! SO MANY SMILES” with a heart.
