We adopt a non-violent direct action approach and will do all we can to stop an animal being killed. We will use diversionary tactics to put the hounds off the scent, such as horn calls, the gizmo recording of hounds in cry to draw them away, citronella spraying to mask the scent and if needs be put ourselves between the hounds and fox. Hunting wild mammals with a pack of dogs has been against the

law since 2005. The reality is the hunts use loopholes in the law and smokescreens, such as trail hunting, to continue with the vile practice of hunting and killing foxes for pleasure. This stag was killed by the Tiverton Staghounds, on 27th October 2025.

The hunt met at Two Posts Cross, Pennymoor. The kill happened at Cadleigh after yet another long, agonising chase. Once dead, he was dragged by the antlers, trussed up and then hung from the back of a quadbike in a final indignity.

This hunt switched between various exemptions to suit to kill this stag, but it always ends up the same - a long and torturous chase which ends in these magnificent stags being carved up into trophies.

It’s time to end trail hunting and all the absurd exemptions which are utilised by hunts to cover illegal and barbaric hunting. With just 5 days left before the consultation closes - please give the government your views on this cruelty, ⬇️

School children indoctrinated into wildlife crime.

In what other sphere of life would an adult - employed by a school - be allowed to take students out to commit crime??

L👀K at these masked thugs that are paid to protect the Beaufort Hunt. Imagine you’re a copper - paid to uphold the law and you’re presented with a wildlife crime - shown video of them killing a fox in a nearby field only moments before. They’re bin-bagging the remains as police arrive on scene.

The drone is surrounded masked men intent on stealing it - and the evidence - as it lands. You are told about a second fox chase / in progress right now - and instead of dealing with the crime in progress and the wildlife criminals in front of you, you make a conscious choice to remove the recording device from its operator on the orders of the hunt, and in doing so assist the hunt to kill again.

Faced with a backlash the evidence and drone was returned to us, but Wiltshire Police and Wessex CPs once again have failed to act on the undeniable evidenced of a wildlife crime. Our wildlife deserves better than what these sh*t-show organisations offer.

In 2023 Guy Fitzearle, the then Kimblewick Hunt huntsman savagely beat a hound in front of field riders. Reports from East Herts Hunt Sabs detailed the savage violence used by Fitzearle as the hound screamed and howled.

If hunts are prepared to treat their hounds like this in public, then what are they capable of inflicting behind closed doors. Hounds and horses are also victims in the continual cycle of animal abuse inflicted by hunts.

All of these animals need us to speak up for them, and you can be their voice. To end this cycle of abuse it is vitally important that you complete the government consultation into banning 'trail hunting.' Those who enjoy seeing animals suffer will be completing it and that is why we need as many voices as possible to come together.

“The fact that this hind is in a stream means that she has been chased for a long time and become overheated. Deer cannot sweat and that's why many hunts end up in water. So she has either been chased to exhaustion with a broken leg, or her leg has been broken during the chase. The cruelty of either option is unbearable. And then to stand over her and taunt her, encourage the dogs to bait her while they revel in her fear. Why was the gunman ordered to break his gun? What depravity happened off camera. Were the dogs allowed to tear her apart? Did the huntsman want to get hands on and finish the deed himself with a knife, push her head under and drown her? Won't be the first time. From what we've been hearing from within, both these things are very possible. We are fighting with everything we have for the Hunting Act exemptions that stag hunts abuse to be removed. Just banning trail hunting isn't enough. And will likely result in more hunts adopting these barbaric smokescreens if they remain. NFA = NO FUKING ACTION. AGAIN.

Wiltshire Police and Wessex CPS once again spectacularly fail to bring the the royalty-connected hunt to account, despite a myraid of evidence for the umpteenth investigation into fox kills in just one season alone.
