Stock update♻️🪵 We have some new wood in, including ever popular sleeper-style chunky wood, and still have lots and lots of scaffold boards (3.9m and 3m lengths), and our giant whiskey barrels!

Also in stock we have lots of 2x2s, 3x2s, and 4x2s, come in and check them out!

We’re open 9am-2pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-3pm Saturdays!

Bring your spare/waste wood along, we will try to re-use what we can!

Our next pop-up recycling centre event is on Saturday 6 June at the Morrisons Newport car park from 9.30am-2.30pm.

You can pop along at any point between those times to drop off your recycling.

Reseiclo, a local social enterprise, will be at this event collecting wood. They process and resell recycled wood, as well as turning it into bespoke products. They then use their profits to fund their social mission, providing training opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.

If you are bringing any wood along, please don’t break it up or compact it, if possible. This helps Reseiclo to re-use as much of it as possible.

Do you have any scrap wood you don’t want to see wasted? While we are unable to take donations at our workshop, Saturday 6th June is the perfect opportunity to drop off some wood for us to try to re-use!

We’re going to be at the recycling pop up in the Morrisons car park, NP19 0XB, between 9:30am-2:30pm and you can drop off any timber you’ve got for us. If you have any other recycling you can bring that with you too, please see the last few slides for more info on what you can bring, or look at the Newport City Council website (link in bio)

About Reseiclo: we are a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Newport, South Wales that collects “waste” wood, saving it from landfill and being downcycled. We dismantle and de-nail the wood in our yard and resell it to the public for DIY and sell our offcuts as firewood. We also have an on-site work-based day centre for adults with learning disabilities called Reseiclo Training, who work with volunteers to build bespoke products for customers, gaining woodworking skills and confidence.

Our lane has just had an upgrade!🎉🌸🪻🌷we got some lovely flowers from the bedding flower charity sale in support of the Gwent branch of that a volunteer kindly planted in our instant planters - which are reclaimed packaging crates!

We have plenty of the large and medium crates available in store right now, no small unfortunately (which are the ones pictured). We’re open today (Saturday) 10am-3pm or Monday to Friday 9am-2pm

Thank you to everyone who came along to the recycling pop up in Rogerstone a few weeks ago! It was great to see so many things being reused-used/recycled instead of sent to landfill!

We’ll be back again at the next pop-up, in Morrisons car park NP19 0XB this time - Saturday 6th June. Bring along any wood you want off your hands - anything that can be re-used will be♻️🪵

From next Monday 1st June we will be updating our prices for sheet materials, delivery, and additional services (including cutting). Please scroll to see the new prices.

We have plenty of reclaimed timber available at the moment, pop in to have a look! Lots of 3x2s, 4x2s, pallet wood, and some (almost) new sheets of 18mm ply!
