Wisdom In My Bones By was an absolute joy to kick off our singing group with on Friday!

Having had a wobble about life choices lately and the weight of decision making alone this song really has stuck with me as a mantra to move through this time with the wisdom in my bones (something I had been neglecting)

I love how these songs hold us all in a different time and space in our lives but they give each individual something different. Something they need to hear or need to be reminded of. Songs are amazing like that! And when you sing them with others the message is all the more powerful as a resonates through your bones.

It was an absolute honour to share this song with my women’s group last night. The deep connection we felt to our community, our humanity and ourselves was palpable.

This cheeky lyric change by one of the group today. Made this song all the more powerful as a group of overtired mums sang our hearts out like we were in Westlife!

Another amazing session with my crew. This was an absolute joy to teach and sing.

Wow wow wow! This was such a joy to share with my free community singing group today in the glorious secret garden.

I had so much fun with the song:
Awake Your Wild by
Bringing the group in and out and jumping onto different parts. Sometimes all singing the same sometimes holding our own. It was such a wonder to listen and sing with you all. We sang it for around 10minutes because we were having so much fun!!!

Looking for a winter venue for this wonderful group. My little give back to the community. Because group singing is a healing, connecting practice that should be available to all! If anyone has or knows of an indoor space that we can use for free once a month to keep building this wonderful community of singing adults children and even dogs today!!! Please get in touch.
