Neston Players are delighted to present Neil Simon’s quirky, energetic and hilarious farce Rumours, coming to Neston Civic Hall in December 2026 and directed by Mike Sanders.

We’re looking for a keen and dedicated cast to bring this exciting project to life. Neil Simon’s first venture into farce is a comic tour de force packed with misunderstandings, social faux pas and razor‑sharp dialogue. The show relies on quick, nimble playing, strong ensemble chemistry, bold character choices and confident physical comedy.

It’s a script full of biting, dark humour with clever plot construction and plenty of opportunities for actors to shine. We encourage performers to bring energy, commitment, co‑dependence and, above all, a sense of fun throughout rehearsals and performance. It’s great fun combined with hard work — in the best possible way.

🎤✨ Karaoke Night Fundraiser — Let’s Support WMTC & The Little Theatre!

Neston Players, we’ve been invited to join our friends at WMTC for a fun karaoke night at the Little Theatre — and it would be brilliant to show our support.

The entry fee goes straight into helping future productions, and bar sales will support much‑needed improvements at the Little Theatre. A great night out and helping another local group keep creating theatre — win‑win.
