Ready to make a splash?

Paddle Start Club is designed for young adventurers aged 8–11 who want to discover the exciting world of kayaking, paddleboarding and canoeing.

Through fun games, challenges and supportive coaching, participants will build confidence on the water while developing paddlesport skills at their own pace. Delivered in line with the Paddle UK Paddle Start Award, every child will receive a certificate to celebrate their achievements.

Meet Pumpkin 🦔

We are delighted to support the release of a rehabilitated hedgehog back into the wild, thanks to

Hedgehogs are one of Scotland's most cherished native mammals, playing an important role in maintaining healthy ecosystems by feeding on insects, beetles, slugs, and other invertebrates.

With hedgehog populations facing significant decline across the British Isles in recent decades, every successful release is a small but meaningful step towards helping this iconic species. By providing suitable habitats and working together to protect local wildlife, we can all contribute to ensuring that hedgehogs continue to thrive across Angus for generations to come.

Love paddling? Learn how to do it safely and confidently.

Our Paddle Safer course is the perfect introduction to essential water safety skills for anyone aged 12+. Led by qualified instructors, you'll learn how to choose the right equipment, understand weather and water conditions, plan safe trips and use simple rescue techniques.

The session includes practical safety training followed by a guided paddle, giving you the opportunity to put your new skills into action straight away.
