🎒✨ Our school uniform project for this season is officially complete!

What a season! An incredible total of 467 children have been supported with school uniform over the holidays, ready for the new autumn term. Compared with both summer & autumn referrals in 2025, we have seen a huge 74% increase in 2026 for the number of children supported with school uniform.

💙 Thanks to your amazing donations, we’ve been able to gift 3,792 items, including 390 pairs of school shoes, to children across 96 schools — 63 schools in Chester & Cheshire West and 33 schools in Flintshire. Every child also received a brand-new backpack and water bottle to help them start the new school year feeling prepared and confident. 🎒💧

A HUGE thank you to our Project Manager, Becky, who has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate the whole project — from managing our corporate volunteer teams and deliveries, to ensuring every single referral is fulfilled with exactly what’s needed. 👏 Her incredible organisation and project management skills make this huge undertaking possible.

Thank you to all our corporate volunteers and volunteer delivery drivers for giving their time and working so hard to make sure every referral reached families in time for the new term. We couldn’t do this without you. 💙

And now… Becky’s thoughts will soon be turning to Christmas referrals! 🎄🎁

🎒✨ Mae ein prosiect gwisg ysgol ar gyfer y tymor hwn wedi dod i ben yn swyddogol!

Am dymor! Mae cyfanswm anhygoel o 467 o blant wedi cael eu cefnogi gyda gwisg ysgol dros y gwyliau, yn barod ar gyfer tymor newydd yr hydref — mwy nag erioed o’r blaen! 🍂📚

💙 Diolch i chi am eich rhoddion anhygoel, rydym wedi gallu rhoi 3,792 o eitemau, gan gynnwys 390 pâr o esgidiau ysgol, i blant ar draws 96 o ysgolion — 63 o ysgolion yng Nghaer a Gorllewin Swydd Gaer a 33 o ysgolion yn Sir y Fflint. Cafodd pob plentyn bac newydd sbon a photel ddŵr hefyd, er mwyn eu helpu i ddechrau’r flwyddyn ysgol newydd yn barod ac yn hyderus. 🎒💧

One year of kindness. One year of community. One incredible year of making a difference to local families and children. 💙

Since opening our doors, we’ve been proud to support:

Behind every number is a family supported, a child cared for, and a community coming together to make sure children have the things they need. 💙

We love hearing feedback like this from a family we recently supported.

The difference you can make by helping families with school uniform is about so much more than the financial support. It can give a child confidence, help them feel prepared and included, and make the transition into a new school year that little bit easier.

Huge thanks to our amazing corporate volunteers for joining us in the Uniform Hub last week. We are so grateful for the teams from .co and for giving their time and helping us to fulfil so many uniform referrals.

Supporting over 430 children, with different sizes and colours of uniform, is no small task! 👕🎒 Your support has made a huge difference in helping us get these uniforms where they are needed most.

🚗And of course, a massive thank you to our incredible volunteer drivers, who are out delivering every single day. Our team are working incredibly hard to fulfil and deliver all outstanding referrals by the end of this week.

Our Uniform Hub at has been a hive of activity! 💙

We’ve had so much fantastic support from our amazing corporate volunteers, who have generously given their time to help prepare all of our uniform referrals. Thank you to the teams from RSK, GBG and HSBC - we've loved getting to know you and your help has been absolutely invaluable — thank you! 👏

A huge thank you also to our wonderful volunteer drivers, who have been out delivering uniform packages every day. 🚗💨

☀️It's a lovely time of year at KidsBank

As we prepare our seasonal changeover, our amazing teams from KidsBank Chester and KidsBank Flintshire come together to sort and iron winter clothing, as we get everything ready for the busy winter months ahead.
It's one of our busiest times of the year, and we're so grateful to the incredible volunteers who generously take on extra shifts throughout the summer – and even take ironing home to help! Your dedication and kindness never cease to amaze us.

One of the loveliest parts of the seasonal changeover is seeing volunteers from our different teams spending time together. Friendships are strengthened, new connections are made, and there's always plenty of laughter and conversation shared alongside the sorting and ironing!

KidsBank is about so much more than clothing and equipment – it's about people, community and the wonderful volunteers who put their love and care into every thing they do. Thank you - to each and every one of you.💙
