Andy’s Man Club – Mold

What an amazing evening!

26 men came together tonight,including 1 brave man joining us for the very first time.

It was fantastic to see men coming together, openly talking, listening and showing genuine support and care for each other.

Every man who walked through the door tonight was brave. Whether you shared or listened to someone or simply sat in the room — taking that step matters.

There was no judgement, just understanding, support and a reminder that none of us have to face things alone.

To our new lad — well done for taking that first step. We hope to see you again next week!

And to everyone who came along tonight, thank you for making Andy’s Man Club Mold the supportive place that it is.

It’s okay to talk. It’s okay to not be okay. And it’s okay to ask for help.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.

Monday night at Andy’s Man Club Mold

22 men through the doors tonight, including 1 first-timer. 👏🏻

A massive welcome to our newest face — taking that first step through the door is never easy, but you’ve done it. 👌🏻

Another night of honest conversations, plenty of laughs, support and men simply being there for each other.

Whatever this week has thrown at you, you don’t have to face it alone.

Same time, same place next Monday.

They're a free, safe and non-judgemental space for men to talk.

☀️ THE SUN IS SHINING! ☀️

The music is playing on the main stage, the festival is getting busier and, after battling the wind and rain earlier, we’ve finally got our gazebo flags back up! 😂💨🌧️

The support we’ve already had from the Mold community has been absolutely amazing. 👌🏻

It’s brilliant seeing so many people stopping for a chat, asking questions and showing their support for Andy’s Man Club.

We’re here ALL WEEKEND, so if you’re at the Mold Food & Drink Festival, come and find us opposite the Festival Office.

WE’RE AT MOLD FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL!

We’re all set up and ready for what’s going to be a brilliant weekend! 👌🏻

It’s a bit wet and a bit rainy right now… but we’ve been told the sun is on its way! ☀️😂

If you’re heading down to the festival and want to find out more about Andy’s Man Club, come and say hello. We’re set up opposite the Festival Office and we’ll be here ALL WEEKEND! 🙌🏻

What a brilliant morning at the Connah’s Quay Health & Wellbeing Event! 👌🏻

It’s been fantastic meeting so many other support organisations and professionals, sharing what we do and learning more about the amazing services available across our local communities.

We’ve also had lots of enquiries about Andy’s Man Club, which has been brilliant to see. Whether people were asking questions for themselves, a friend, a family member or someone they work with, it’s been great having those conversations and helping people understand what AMC is all about. 💙

And we’re still here! 👋🏻

If you’re in the area and fancy popping in for a quick chat, come and find us at Connah’s Quay Civic Hall. We’ll be here until 2pm.

You never know who might need to hear that it’s okay to talk. 👌🏻

We’re really pleased to have been offered a space at the Connah’s Quay Health & Wellbeing Event tomorrow! 👌🏻
