Our vision is that all young people grow up healthy, able to navigate a fulfilling career and make a positive contribution in their communities. We support them to develop the confidence, resilience and relationship skills they need to do this, delivering at our dedicated facilities at The Canberra Centre and through outreach work in the community. We work with all young people but place a particular emphasis on those who wouldn’t otherwise have access to the kind of opportunities we offer. Our Values

- Respect and integrity in all we do
- Alleviating personal distress
- Promote a meaningful sense of self
- Appreciate the variety of human experience
- Treat all people fairly
- Honesty

✨ Everything you can imagine is real. ✨

So… what can you imagine?

A brilliant Reel? 🎥
A post that makes people stop scrolling? 👀
A new way to show the world what 4Youth is all about? 💭
Something completely bonkers that somehow works? 😂

We’re looking for a Volunteer Social Media Lead to join 4Youth (South West) and help turn those ideas into reality. 💙

You don’t need to be a social media expert. You just need to be creative, curious and full of ideas.

Come and help us tell our story, showcase the amazing things happening at 4Youth and have a bit of fun along the way.

If you can imagine it… let’s make it real. ✨

Love Melksham Column

More than a 100 years ago, the kind people of Melksham took care of wounded Australian and New Zealander soldiers during World War I.

In gratitude, the people of Canberra in Australia raised funds to build a community centre on Spa Road in Melksham, a transnational recognition of Melksham’s kindness, named the Canberra Centre.

This hub of the community was redeveloped in the 60s for young people and now Canberra Youth Centre is the home of 4Youth South West, a local charity dedicated to nurturing, supporting and serving young people in Melksham, continuing the legacy of kindness and care that the building represents.
