Menstrual hygiene is more than a conversation, it is empowerment through knowledge. 🌸

In commemoration of the world menstrual hygiene day celebration we had an impactful session educating young girls on menstrual hygiene, the female anatomy, understanding periods, calculating menstrual cycles, and even teaching them how to make reusable sanitary pads.

We strongly believe that Knowledge and education builds confidence and removes shame and empowered girls become empowered women.

We are proud to have carried out this outreach in collaboration with the Centre for Teens Health and Development.

Together, we are raising informed, confident, and healthy girls. 💜
