With over twenty years of specialised experience in providing supported accommodation, we’ve honed our skills and developed a wide range of comprehensive services. Rooted in Leicestershire, driven by three key pillars: Community Support, Housing Support, and Recovery Support. At the core of everything we do is a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves a second chance. We're dedicated to this principle, tirelessly working alongside those in need for as long as it takes. In our community, we have a saying: "Once part of the Falcon Family, always part of the Falcon Family." This means our support is never-ending. Moments like these do so much more than just entertain, they help beat loneliness, build real connections and remind us that no one has to face anything alone.

This little one holds such a special place in Falcon history - they were one of the very first dogs ever welcomed here at the centre. 🐾

We've always believed dogs are so much more than just pets - they are comfort, companionship, and calm people when they need it the most. For anyone feeling lost, lonely or vulnerable, having a fury friend by your side can make all the difference.

That's why we are proud to say dogs are always welcome at the Falcon Centre - because they're such an important part of healing, connection and good mental health.

As the temperature drops, more and more people are in need of support.

When we feel that chill in the air we reach for our warm coats. But for so many people, that simple comfort isn't there right now. The cold isn't just uncomfortable its exhausting and can be deadly for those sleeping rough.

Your pre-loved coats, hats, scarves and gloves can give someone warmth, comfort and dignity this winter.

If you can spare any, please drop off at the Falcon Centre. We are open 24 hours.

Every donation counts - help somebody stay warm this winter.

One person can change everything 💙

As Craig says - this place isn't just a service. It's a community.

It only takes one person to change the whole feel of things and sometimes all anyone needs is a gentle nudge: come down, get some fresh air, have breakfast, a coffee, a chat. Over time, strangers turn into friends - and that's what holds everything together.

For Craig, this place kept him from slipping away. Without those small, daily connections, he knows he'd have lost his way again.

That's why we're here - to be that safe space, that friendly face, that reason to show up.

From struggle to stability 💙

This is Craig's story - a journey that took him from a family home, to sleeping in a car park, to finally finding his feet in a stable, secure accommodation.

None of us choose the hard paths life leads us down, But having a safe space, a friendly face, someone to check in on you - that changes everything.

For Craig, and for so many people, this place wasn't just somewhere to go - it was the lifeline that helped him move forward, rebuild, and finally feel at home.

We don't just provide support - we provide the space where people find their strength again.

Health shouldn't be a luxury 💙

From booking appointments and reminding people to take their medication, to getting them to the dentist, supporting them to quit smoking, or simply checking in to see how they're doing - we're here for every part of wellbeing.

Good health is the foundation of a fresh start. Whether it's through medical support. emotional care, or getting active together - every small step makes a huge difference.

Women's Group Yoga Session at The Life Hub!
