Nine local churches support our faith-based Soup Kitchen, which has been running since 1973. Our Christian faith-based soup kitchen is managed by a board of trustees and is coordinated by Angela Doreen, who works Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On Mondays from 6 pm - 8 pm, we operate a takeaway service of hot meals and food parcels and give clothes at The Salvation Army Hall, 6 Leeland Road W13 9HH. We run a drop-in service on a Friday where clients can get free clothes, showers, barbers, hot meals, food parcel foot care, back massage, listening space, conversational English, Pottery, breathing and stretching classes, play some games as well as receive advice and advocacy service also frequent workshop giving talks at The Crypt, St Johns Church Mattock Lane W13 9LA. Friday's Coordinator is Angela Doreen. On weekends, we offer hot meals, a sense of community and belonging in our Soup Kitchen, and, on Sundays, even a church service for those who want it @ St. The weekend Coordinator is Angela Doreen.
