⚡ THE PROMPT DROP | WEEK 06

CREATE BETTER AI IMAGES THROUGH ART DIRECTION

Have you ever asked AI to create an image and received something technically correct but completely underwhelming?

The problem may not be the subject.

“Create a picture of a woman using technology” tells AI what to include, but it does not provide any creative direction.

Great AI images begin with art direction.

Composition, lighting, mood, color, texture and exclusions are what transform a basic idea into an intentional visual.

📋 COPY THIS PROMPT:

Create an editorial-quality image using the following creative direction:

SUBJECT:
[Describe the primary person, object or scene.]
STORY OR MOOD:
[Describe the emotion, energy or story the image should communicate.]
COMPOSITION:
[Specify portrait, landscape or square; camera angle; framing; subject placement; and desired negative space.]
ENVIRONMENT:
[Describe the location, background or setting.]
LIGHTING:
[Specify soft, dramatic, cinematic, natural or studio lighting; direction of light; and time of day.]
COLOR PALETTE:
[List the dominant colors and any colors to avoid.]
CAMERA AND ART DIRECTION:
[Specify lens style, depth of field, perspective, texture and visual qualities.]

You may reference a broader visual movement, period or medium, but do not copy the distinctive style of a living artist.

INCLUDE:
[List the required details, objects, expressions, clothing, textures or environmental elements.]

EXCLUDE:
[List unwanted objects, visual artifacts, distorted features, text, logos, watermarks or distracting background elements.]

OUTPUT SIZE:
[Specify the dimensions or aspect ratio, such as 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 or 9:16.]

Before generating the image, briefly summarize the creative direction and flag any conflicting instructions.

Then provide:
1. One photorealistic interpretation
2. One stylized interpretation

Maintain the same subject, message and essential details in both versions.

💡 WHY THIS WORKS:
This prompt treats AI like a visual production team. Instead of merely naming a subject, you are controlling the variables that shape the final result.

🚀 LEVEL IT UP:
Before choosing a final image, ask AI to create three composition options:

1. Close and intimate
2. Balanced editorial
3. Wide and cinematic

Compare the options before deciding which direction communicates your idea best.

⚠️ CREATIVE RIGHTS REMINDER:
Confirm that you have permission to use any photographs, logos, artwork or reference materials you upload. Avoid asking AI to duplicate copyrighted work or imitate the recognizable style of a living artist.

Save and share this prompt with someone who wants AI images that look intentional...not accidental.

⚡ THE PROMPT DROP | WEEK 05

BUILD YOUR PERSONAL TRAVEL PLANNER

Generic itineraries come from generic inputs. If you simply ask AI to “plan a vacation,” it will probably give you the same top attractions it gives everyone else. A useful travel plan should reflect your budget, pace, interests, mobility, priorities and the people traveling with you.

📋 COPY THIS PROMPT:

Act as a meticulous travel designer.
Build a realistic trip using the following information:

DESTINATION:
[Where are you going?]
DATES:
[Add your travel dates]
TRAVELERS:
[Who is traveling? Include ages or mobility considerations when relevant.]
BUDGET:
[Add your total budget or preferred range]
PACE:
[Relaxed, balanced or packed]
INTERESTS:
[History, beaches, nightlife, art, adventure, shopping, wellness or other interests]
FOOD PREFERENCES:
[Add preferences, allergies or restrictions]
HOTEL PREFERENCES:
[Location, style, amenities and price range]

Account for:
1. Travel time between locations
2. Opening hours and reservation requirements
3. Geography and efficient routing
4. Rest and recovery time
5. Weather disruptions
6. Accessibility or mobility needs
7. Alternative options if plans change

PROVIDE:
1. A realistic day-by-day itinerary
2. A reservation checklist
3. An estimated budget by category
4. Transportation recommendations
5. Packing notes
6. Plan B options for weather, closures or delays

Separate verified facts from recommendations. Clearly identify all prices, schedules, entry requirements and availability that must be checked live before booking.

💡 WHY THIS WORKS:
This prompt transforms your preferences and limitations into a real planning brief. The goal is not to squeeze every attraction into the trip. It is to design the trip around the traveler.

🚀 LEVEL IT UP:
Ask AI to create two versions:
• Slow Luxury: fewer activities, more comfort and time to explore
• Maximum Adventure: more experiences, movement and variety

Then compare the cost, pace and tradeoffs.

⚠️ TRAVEL REMINDER:
Always verify current prices, schedules, entry requirements, safety information and availability before making reservations.

Where would you use this prompt to travel? Tell me in the comments.

⚡ THE PROMPT DROP | WEEK 04

ANALYZE A SPREADSHEET LIKE A DATA ANALYST

Uploading a spreadsheet and telling AI to “analyze this” is not a real assignment. Analyze it for what❓

Revenue trends? Operational problems? Customer behavior? Data-quality issues? Executive decisions?

Without direction, AI may produce a polished summary of whatever catches its attention, which may not be what actually matters.

A better analysis begins by inspecting the data before making claims about it.

📋 COPY THIS PROMPT:

Act as a senior data analyst.
First, inspect the dataset and explain:
1. What each row and column represents
2. The dataset’s date range and level of detail
3. Missing or incomplete values
4. Duplicate records
5. Inconsistent formatting
6. Suspicious fields or potential errors
7. Limitations that could affect the analysis

Then analyze:
• Important trends
• Unusual changes or anomalies
• Differences between segments
• Changes over time
• Potential relationships between variables

Do not treat correlation as causation.
Do not invent explanations that are unsupported by the data.

PROVIDE:
1. An executive summary
2. Five significant findings
3. The values supporting each finding
4. Potential business implications
5. Data-quality risks
6. Questions the dataset cannot answer
7. Three recommended next analyses

DATA OR FILE:
Attach your spreadsheet.

BUSINESS CONTEXT:
Explain what the data represents, the decision you’re trying to make and the audience for the analysis.

💡 WHY THIS WORKS:
This prompt requires AI to inspect the quality and structure of the data before jumping to conclusions.

It also requires evidence. A finding should never stand alone—the numbers supporting it should be visible.

🚀 LEVEL IT UP:
Ask AI to compare the findings by:
• Customer or employee segment
• Product or service category
• Location or business unit
• Month, quarter or year
• Planned versus actual performance

⚠️ HUMAN REVIEW STILL MATTERS:
Validate important conclusions against the source data and confirm operational explanations with the people who understand the business process.

AI may identify the pattern. It does not automatically know the reason behind it.

What topic should I build a prompt for next? Vote in the comments.

⚡ THE PROMPT DROP | WEEK 03

Turn a Messy Email Into an Executive Message

Let’s be honest: sometimes the first draft is not a message, it’s an emotional download with punctuation. 😂It may contain every important fact, but it’s too long, repetitive or unclear about what you actually need the reader to do.

AI can help turn that rough draft into an executive-ready message, but only if you clearly identify what it is allowed to change and what must remain true.

COPY THIS PROMPT:

Act as an executive communications advisor.

Rewrite the message below for [AUDIENCE].

Preserve every material fact, decision, name, date, amount and commitment.

Make the message:
* Concise, confident and human, not stiff
* Clear about the purpose
* Easy to scan
* Appropriate for the intended audience

Put the requested action and deadline near the beginning.

Remove repetition, emotional spillover and unnecessary background.

Provide:
1. A recommended subject line
2. The polished email or message
3. A one-sentence Teams or text version

Flag any ambiguity you cannot safely resolve. Do not invent or change facts.

MESSAGE:
[PASTE YOUR DRAFT HERE]

💡WHY THIS WORKS
The prompt protects the substance while deliberately improving the structure, tone and density.

It doesn’t ask AI to change what happened. It asks AI to communicate what happened more effectively.

LEVEL IT UP:
Ask AI to produce three versions:

🔹 Warm — collaborative and relationship-focused
🔹 Direct — concise and action-oriented
🔹 Diplomatic — careful, tactful and stakeholder-aware

Then choose the tone that best fits the situation.

⚠️QUICK REMINDER:
Before pasting a workplace message into any AI tool, remove confidential, regulated, proprietary or personally identifying information unless you are specifically authorized to use it.

Tag someone who writes the entire backstory before finally getting to the point. Because my motto is to be BE BOLD, BE BRIEF, BE GONE. 😜

⚡ THE PROMPT DROP | WEEK 02

Meet the P.R.O.M.P.T. Method™

A better prompt doesn’t need to be complicated. it needs to be complete. If you’re unsure what information to give AI, use the Tirzah Talks Tech P.R.O.M.P.T. Method ™:

🔹 P — Purpose: What are you trying to accomplish?
🔹 R — Role: Who should the AI become?
🔹 O — Output: What exactly should it produce?
🔹 M — Material: What information should it use?
🔹 P — Parameters: What rules or limits apply?
🔹 T — Test & Tune: Critique it. Improve it. Try again.

COPY THIS PROMPT:
Use the Tirzah Talks Tech P.R.O.M.P.T. Method™.

PURPOSE: My goal is to [describe what you want to accomplish].

ROLE: Act as a [type of expert].

OUTPUT: Create a [deliverable] in [format] for [audience].

MATERIAL: Use the following facts, files, examples or background: [insert information].

PARAMETERS: Follow these requirements: [tone, length, deadline, must-haves and exclusions].

TEST & TUNE: Before finalizing, evaluate the draft against my original purpose. Identify its two greatest weaknesses, revise it, and give me only the improved version.

💡 WHY THIS WORKS:
It gives AI a complete assignment and builds quality control directly into the prompt.

LEVEL IT UP:
Find one old prompt that gave you a disappointing answer. Ask AI to rebuild it using the P.R.O.M.P.T. Method™, then compare the results.

⚠️ QUICK REMINDER:
Never paste confidential, regulated, proprietary or personally identifying information into an AI tool unless you’re authorized to do so.

Save this framework. Test it this week. Then share it with someone who wants better AI results but doesn’t know what to ask.

Had a chance to chop it with David Miklas, an Attorney that practices Employment Law. We were Concurrent Speakers 🗣️ at the HR conference last week. I learned way more about the law in the hour he spoke then the 10 years I’ve had my attorney on retainer.

We kept in touch since and he shared an interesting article he wrote about AI trampling all over religious rights at the workplace. 🫣🙏🏼. I smell 👃 law suits coming.

Some of y’all paid for Copilot or ChatGPT just to use it for spellcheck. Meanwhile, other people are using it to replace 6 hours of administrative suffering before lunch.😕

One group is asking AI to fix commas. The other is asking it to build decks, summarize meetings, analyze data, write strategy, and give them their life back. Let's do better.

Same tool. Different ceiling.

If your in a dysfunctional situationship with your AI...tap in and book me.
