⚠️Mission creep alert: GP patient data is being fed into Palantir’s NHS data platform.

This goes well beyond Palantir's initial remit for hospital-only operations.

Even worse, it remains ‘unclear whether patients consent before [their data] is shared.’

Patients didn’t ask for this. The country didn’t ask for this.

Palantir turn our data into their profit, and they will never be satisfied. The Government must put the public first. No more data to big tech without consent.

Pubs and other businesses could now ask customers for their digital ID to prove their age as a part of the Government's new laws on digital ID.

"The Government is waiting for people to be locked out by digital ID demands until they intervene, whereas they should have proactively enshrined people’s right to use non-digital ID in law.

It should expressly prohibit businesses from requiring digital IDs for age checks without offering reasonable alternatives" - Jasleen Chaggar
