The deadlines have passed and no meaningful movement has made so as things stand we will be moving to the next stage of our campaign which is a formal ballot and taking industrial action if that's what members vote for

With deadlines for HMPPS to deliver meaningful progress now passed, the union is preparing for its first electronic industrial action ballot. The message to Government and the employer is clear: turn words into action or face the consequences.
