Then, suddenly, it becomes socially acceptable.

On October 7, 2023, Eliya Cohen was taken hostage by Hamas. For 505 days, Ziv Abud waited for the man she loved to come home.

Yesterday, surrounded by family and friends, they finally stood together beneath the chuppah and began the next chapter of their lives.

There is so much wrong with this.

They claim to be “anti-genocide” while openly supporting wiping Israel off the map. Apparently, erasing a country and endangering its people is acceptable when the victims are Israeli.

And the idea that Israelis and Jews could simply live safely with equal rights under a Palestinian state is a fantasy. The evidence suggests they would face persecution, violence and potentially death, not peaceful coexistence.

It is delusional to think America’s problems in the Middle East would vanish if it abandoned Israel.

The Islamic Republic chants “Death to America” because it despises what America represents, not merely its alliance with Israel.

There is a reason we say these people hate Jews, and it is because they do.

At a Palestine protest, this woman repeatedly said “gas” to a Jewish person supporting Israel.

There is no ambiguity about what that means. This is sickening antisemitism, plain and simple.

The BBC will report on record levels of antisemitism and ask how we got here, while simultaneously publishing pieces framing the preservation of ancient Jewish heritage as “weaponising archaeology”.

Sebastia was the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Israel. Jewish history in this land is not a political invention. It is history.

Perhaps the BBC should consider how its own framing contributes to the problem it so readily reports on.

25 years ago today, the Sbarro su***de bombing in Jerusalem claimed 15 innocent lives and injured more than 100 others.

A quarter of a century later, justice has still not been served, with a convicted terrorist involved in the attack living freely in Jordan.

We will never forget this depraved act of terrorism, nor the innocent lives so brutally stolen.

May their memories forever be a blessing. 🕯️

We doubt Mayor Zoë Garbett will take up this invitation and see Haifa for herself, considering she couldn’t even respond to the letter we sent her raising our concerns.

Haifa is a city where Jews and Arabs live side by side. If Mayor Garbett genuinely wants peace, dialogue and coexistence, surely she should be willing to see that reality for herself.

Sadly, her approach so far seems more interested in division than dialogue.
