Myanmar Unity Movement (MUM) မှ မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အသံနှင့် ဆန္ဒကို ယူကေအစိုးရထံ တင်ပြနိုင်ရန် FCDO ရှေ့တွင် Statement ဖတ်ကြားတင်ပြခဲ့ပါသည်။
စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှု ငါးနှစ်ကျော်ကြာခဲ့သော်လည်း မြန်မာပြည်သူများသည် လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ၊ အိုးအိမ်စွန့်ခွာထွက်ပြေးရမှုများ၊ မတရားဖမ်းဆီးနှိပ်စက်မှုများနှင့် ဆိုးရွားသော လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကျပ်အတည်းကို ဆက်လက်ရင်ဆိုင်နေရဆဲဖြစ်သည်။
ယနေ့ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ တောင်းဆိုချက်များမှာ—
🔹 စစ်အာဏာရှင်အုပ်စုနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ အတုအယောင်နိုင်ငံရေးအစီအစဉ်များကို တရားဝင်မှု မပေးရန်။
🔹 စစ်တပ်ထံသို့ ငွေကြေး၊ လက်နက်၊ နည်းပညာနှင့် လေယာဉ်ဆီများ ရောက်ရှိစေသည့် ကွန်ရက်များအပေါ် ပိုမိုထိရောက်သော ဖိအားနှင့် ပစ်မှတ်ထားအရေးယူမှုများ ဆက်လက်ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
🔹 အမေဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နှင့် နိုင်ငံရေးအကျဉ်းသားအားလုံးကို ချက်ချင်း၊ ခြွင်းချက်မရှိ လွှတ်ပေးရန်။
🔹 မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ ဒီမိုကရေစီဆန္ဒကို လေးစားပြီး NUG၊ SCEF၊ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းနှင့် မြန်မာ့ဒီမိုကရေစီအင်အားစုများ၏ အသံကို ဆက်လက်အားပေးရန်။
🔹 စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများနှင့် ပြင်းထန်သော လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုများအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာ တရားမျှတမှုနှင့် တာဝန်ခံမှု ရရှိရေးကို ဆက်လက်ထောက်ခံရန်။
🔹 မြန်မာလူငယ်များ၏ ပညာရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို ထိခိုက်စေသော UK Student visa brake ကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်၍ အမြန်ဆုံး ရုပ်သိမ်းပေးရန်။
ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အခွင့်အရေးဖြစ်သည်။
NUG သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ရွေးချယ်မှုဖြစ်သည်။
မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အသံကို လေးစားပါ။

The Myanmar Unity Movement (MUM) presented and read a statement outside the FCDO, bringing the voices and aspirations of the people of Myanmar directly to the UK Government.
More than five years after the military coup, the people of Myanmar continue to endure airstrikes, displacement, arbitrary detention, torture and a devastating humanitarian crisis.
Our calls to the UK Government are clear:
🔹 Do not legitimise the Myanmar military junta or political arrangements designed to prolong military rule.
🔹 Strengthen targeted pressure against the financial networks and supply chains enabling the military to access revenue, arms, technology and aviation fuel.
🔹 Call for the immediate and unconditional release of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and all political prisoners.
🔹 Respect the democratic will of the Myanmar people and continue meaningful engagement with the NUG, SCEF, Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun and Myanmar’s democratic forces.
🔹 Continue supporting international justice and accountability for serious violations committed against the people of Myanmar.
🔹 Review and lift the Student visa brake affecting Myanmar nationals and protect educational opportunities for Myanmar’s younger generation.
Federal Democracy is our right.
The NUG is our choice.
The voice of the Myanmar people must be respected.
