WHY TAKE THE OATH?

It is not about pledging allegiance to a person. It is a declaration of your sovereignty.

It records your lawful intent to stand under and defend the Common Law Constitution.

It withdraws presumed consent and establishes your position of lawful dissent.

Following the invocation of Article 61 of Magna Carta 1215, standing in lawful defence of the realm is not simply a right — it is a duty.

To stand under oath is to uphold the Constitution, defend the realm and protect our rights and freedoms.

⚖️ How to Use This Template —

This Common Law Tort of Claim Template is for those STANDING IN LAWFUL JURISDICTION under Article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 by Royal Command.

You must first stand under oath, by sending your oath to the barons, then serve a Lawful Notice of Lawful Objection to the relevant constabulary or officer(s). This step establishes your standing in law and confirms that you do not consent to foreign, statutory, or corporate jurisdictions — the use of which would be to aid treason and violate constitutional protection.

Once standing is established, this Tort of Claim may be issued as a formal record of harm caused by officers or agents acting ultra vires — beyond lawful authority.

If your Notice of Lawful Objection has not yet been served, you may attach this claim to the lawful objection and serve both together. Do not skip this step. You establish jurisdiction first.
